Trio of Marsh Landscape Paintings, Commission Your Painting, Small Oil Paintings, Daily Painting

 

 These are three 6x8" marsh landscapes from Amelia Island in northern Florida.  They were commissioned pieces that brought back happy memories for me.

Many artists do not enjoy commission work.  The idea you see in your mind may not be the same vision your client has, which makes it difficult.  I however, enjoy the challenge.

The equation of animal and vegetable life is too complicated a problem for human intelligence to solve, and we can never know how wide a circle of disturbance we produce in the harmonies of nature when we throw the smallest pebble into the ocean of organic life.
